New Ability and the NHS through Torbay Care Trust are working together to provide a small aids prescription service.

When your aid worker or occupational therapist issue a prescription for an item such as a shower chair or toilet frame, just bring the form to us and we will give you the item. If you can’t travel, inform the prescriber at the time and he will arrange for us to deliver and , if necessary, fit the item in your home. Within a few days, our experienced staff will install the equipment quickly and efficiently and show you how to use it.
